Moscow’s budget received almost a billion roubles from sale of non-residential property

There was an average of five bidders per bidding lot and the final bidders paid an average of 40% more than the starting price.

Applications are currently being accepted for 383 non-residential sites.

In 2016, the city plans to put up for bidding 300 sites each measuring up to 150 square metres.
